NOTIFICATION OF A FURTHER DELAY IN THE PUBLICATION OF THE FINANCIAL
RESULTS


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 June 2022, regarding
the delay in the finalisation of the Company’s results for the year ended 31 March 2022
(“Results”). The delay was as a result of valuations that need to be finalised for the current Water
and Software B-BBEE deals, which have had a significant impact on the Results.

Shareholders are further referred to the Trading Statement released on SENS on 12 July 2022,
wherein it was stated that the Results would be released on or about today, 14 July 2022.

Unfortunately, there are still some aspects of the Results to be finalised and as such, Sebata
intends releasing the Results on or about 18 July 2022.
