RENERGEN - TRADING HALT ON ASX

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Renergen Limited (ASX: RLT) requests the
granting of a trading halt in its securities on the ASX, from 14 March 2022 to 15 March 2022,
pending an announcement relating to the Company concluding an investment by a strategic
global partner. The investment by the partner will significantly de-risk the Phase 2 project. The
trading halt is necessary to ensure the market is informed.

The Company anticipates making the above-noted announcement on the ASX prior to the
commencement of trading on 16 March 2022. The trading halt on the ASX should remain in
place until the earlier of commencement of trading on 16 March 2022 or when the
announcement referenced above is made.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any
other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
