APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 27 January 2022, relating to the
resignation of Ashleigh M'Crystal as company secretary of Resilient, and are advised that Ms Hluke Mthombeni has
been appointed as company secretary with effect from 16 March 2022.

Hluke is a CA(SA) who completed her articles in 2019 at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc, serving as a manager until her
departure in December 2021.
