FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF A SPECIAL DIVIDEND


Shareholders are referred to the Company's dividend declaration announcement of 20 June 2022, which
included the declaration of a special dividend in the amount of 525 cents per share ("special dividend")
subject to the applicable dividends tax levied in terms of the Income Tax Act (Act 58 of 1962) as amended.

The payment of the special dividend is subject to Exchange Control approval, which approval has been
obtained.

The salient dates with regard to the special dividend as announced on 20 June 2022, remain unchanged.
