NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2008

Shareholders are advised that the company has received notification in terms of section 122
of the Companies Act, 2008 to the effect that Mr John Biccard has acquired 60 000 additional
ordinary shares in the company, resulting in Mr John Biccard holding 437 374 ordinary
shares, which is in excess of 5% of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.
