NOTIFICATION OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS


Shareholders are hereby advised that Sebata has experienced a delay in the finalisation of the
Company’s results for the year ended 31 March 2021 (“Results”). The delay has been caused by
protracted negotiations in extending the current Water and Software BBBEE deals which have a
significant impact on the Results. The Company has advised the JSE of the aforementioned, and
anticipates that the Results will be released on or about 14 July 2021.
