CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Sebata (the “Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Pierre Duvenhage, a non-executive director of the
Company, will assume the role of independent non-executive director with effect from 18 January 2021.
Pierre has satisfied all requirements in respect of independence and the Board looks forward to Pierre’s
further contributions to the Company.
Following the resignation of Ross Lewin, as announced on SENS on 23 November 2020, Pierre will replace
Ross as a member of both the audit committee and remuneration committee.
