VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT UPDATE

Sasfin is pleased to announce the appointment of Sandile Shabalala as Chief
Executive: Business and Commercial Banking of Sasfin Bank Limited with effect from
2 January 2022. Sandile holds an MBL (Strategic marketing, advanced financial
management and corporate financial strategy)(UNISA) and has deep banking and
leadership knowledge and experience with a career in banking spanning more than 20
years. He held a number of senior roles at one of the large South African banks and
previously served as the CEO of a South African registered bank.

Sandile will be responsible for leading the Business and Commercial Banking Pillar.

Sasfin welcomes Sandile and looks forward to the knowledge and experience that he
will contribute to the Group.
