UPDATE REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF THE SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Further to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 3 March 2022
shareholders are advised that Exchange Control approval has been obtained for the special
dividend. The salient dates in respect of both the ordinary and special dividends remain
unchanged.
