APPOINTMENT OF BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Truworths International Limited (the ‘Company’) announces the following board committee
appointments with effect from 26 July 2022, in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements:
• Further to the announcement of 21 June 2022, Ms Tshidi Mokgabudi, who has been an
independent non-executive director of the Company since February 2020, has been
appointed as member of the Company’s Audit Committee.
• Mr Thabo Mosololi, who has been an independent non-executive director of the
Company since May 2021, has been appointed as member of the Company’s Social
and Ethics Committee.
