APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, York shareholders are
advised that Kilgetty Statutory Services (South Africa) Proprietary Limited, a company secretarial,
administrative and corporate services provider, has been appointed as company secretary of York with
effect from 1 August 2022.
