Appointment of Acting Debt Officer

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 28 January 2022 regarding the resignation of Telkom’s Debt
Officer and in accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE, debt holders are
advised that Ms Nomhle Mnguni, in her capacity as Executive: Treasury of Telkom, has been appointed as Acting
Debt Officer of the Company with effect from 01 April 2022.

Nomhle occupies the position of Executive: Treasury at Telkom. Nomhle is a seasoned Treasury professional
having been in the Corporate Treasury space for the past twelve years. She has diverse treasury management,
cash management, debt funding and debt origination skills. Her other skills include the execution of structured
finance and working capital trades including establishing Supply Chain Finance (“SCF”) programmes, liquidity and
counterparty risk management, mitigating forex and interest rate risk, formulating funding plans, sourcing and
securing domestic and international funding and investor relations. Prior to joining Telkom in 2018, she was integral
in formulating borrowing programmes, sourcing and executing debt funding for capital expansion projects in the
energy sector.

Nomhle holds a B. Com Finance and a B. Com Honours in Investment Management from the University of
Johannesburg.

The Board of the Company confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
experience of the newly appointed Acting Debt Officer.
