CHANGE TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph
3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, that Ms VN Fakude will step down as
a member of the Group Sustainability Committee as from 5 August 2022.
Ms Fakude remains an independent non-executive director of the JSE and will
continue to chair the Group Remuneration Committee of the Board.
