CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 6 September 2021
relating to the summarised consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2021 and the dividend declaration (“the Announcement”). The Company wishes to
notify shareholders that the dividend payment date in the Announcement was incorrect. The
updated dividend timetable is as follows:
