SUMMARISED CONSOLIDATED AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR
ENDED 30 JUNE 2021 AND DIVIDEND DECLARATION



1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue increased by 23% to R518 million, from R422 million in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Headline earnings per share increased by 196% to 40.8 cents per share, from 13.8 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share increased by 296% to 40.7 cents per share, from a loss per share of
     20.8 cents in the prior corresponding period.

2.   DIVIDEND

     In line with the Group’s dividend policy, the directors have resolved to declare a final gross
     dividend of 11.0 cents (2020: nil) per share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2021.

     The dividend amount, net of South African dividend tax of 20%, is 8.8 cents (2020: nil)
     per share for those shareholders who are not exempt from dividend tax or are not entitled
     to a reduced rate in terms of the applicable double-tax agreement. The number of ordinary
     shares in issue at the declaration date is 95 209 820 and the income tax number of the
     Company is 941 937 8840.

     The salient dates of the dividend declaration are:

     Last day to trade cum dividend                            Tuesday, 28 September 2021
     Trading ex-dividend commences                             Wednesday, 29 September 2021
     Record date                                               Friday, 1 October 2021
     Date of payment                                           Monday, 4 October 2020

     Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday,
     29 September 2021 and Friday, 1 October 2021, both days inclusive.
