The Transaction is subject to a number of conditions precedent, which are expected to be met over the course of the next few weeks. Once the Transaction completes, further details of the terms of the Transaction will be published. The completion of the disposal of the Company's interest in YASA may have a material effect on the price of the Company's securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made. The Transaction constitutes an undertaking in the ordinary course of business of Universal Partners and therefore does not fall under the scope of Chapter 13 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM").
