WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
In compliance with paragraph 15.3 of the JSE Listings Requirements Shareholders are
referred to the cautionary announcement relating to the acquisition of Agilitee
Proprietary Limited (“Agilitee”), the last of which was published on SENS on
10 November 2021 and are advised that the expected negotiations have not
resumed. However, shareholders will be appraised in 2022 if negotiations
recommence.
Accordingly, shareholders are hereby advised that caution is no longer required to be
exercised by shareholders when dealing in their securities.
