CHANGE IN AUDITORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.86 and Section 22 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Moore Assurance Johannesburg ER Inc., a member firm of
Moore SA has been appointed as the independent auditor to Visual with immediate effect.
