RESIGNATION OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.75 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that BDO South Africa Incorporated have terminated their services following their
annual risk review and review of audit fees.
The Audit Committee has commenced with the process of identifying new auditors and
shareholders will be advised as soon as a new audit firm has been appointed.
