RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders held on Monday, 31 January 2022 (in terms of the
notice dispatched on 15 December 2021), the resolutions tabled thereat in respect of the endorsement of the Conditional
Share Plan 2022 and the TSR Hurdled Incentive Plan 2022 were passed by the requisite majority of Vukile shareholders.

Details of the voting results at the general meeting are as follows:

    -   total number of Vukile shares that were present/represented at the general meeting: 779 729 185 being 81.54% of
        the total number of Vukile shares that could have been voted at the general meeting.
