GRANTING OF RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2013 WBHO SHARE PLAN APPROVED BY SHAREHOLDERS AT
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN NOVEMBER 2014


The following Executive Directors, Prescribed Officers and the Company Secretary have been granted rights
(off market and at nil cost) to participate in the Company’s share incentive plan, which are subject to
performance conditions and vest after three years:


Executive Directors:
 WP Neff                64,000 conditional awards
 CV Henwood             63,000 conditional awards


Prescribed Officers:
 AF De Necker           56,500 conditional awards
 CA Jessop              56,500 conditional awards
 PJ Foley               56,500 conditional awards
 SN Gumede              35,000 conditional awards


Company Secretary:
 D Msiska               14,000 conditional awards


The effective date of the above transactions is 25 November 2021. Approval for the individual allocations has
been given by the Remuneration Committee.
