In accordance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Vodacom Group shares issued to Ms TE Netshitenzhe, the Chief Officer: Vodacom South Africa
External Affairs Director, through the company’s forfeitable share plan, have vested. Ms Netshitenzhe
is a director of Vodacom (Proprietary) Limited (Vodacom South Africa), a major subsidiary of the
company. Ms Netshitenzhe has sold 9 718 Vodacom Group shares, the details of which are more fully
described below:
