RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


1. Cautionary Announcement
Alviva shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary
announcement released on SENS dated 30 June 2022 relating to the non-binding
expression of interest received to acquire all of the issued ordinary shares
of Alviva not excluded from the offer.


Shareholders are advised that the Company is currently still engaged in
ongoing negotiations with the consortium   regarding the expression of
interest received. Further details regarding the results of these
negotiations will be communicated to Shareholders in due course.


The advancement of the abovementioned negotiations may have a material
effect on the price of the Company’s securities and accordingly,
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
Alviva’s securities until either a further announcement is published, or
this cautionary announcement is withdrawn.
