DEALING IN SHARES – TRANSFER OF SHARES FROM A DIRECTOR TO AN
ASSOCIATE
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s CEO, Mr Frederik Botha, transferred Insimbi
shares held by him to an associate company.
Mr Botha’s effective exposure to the shares in question will remain the same, albeit that they
are now held indirectly via the associate company.
