The Company announces the following transactions by Directors and PDMRs on 12 May 2022 in the
Company’s ordinary shares of £0.07 each (“Shares”) which include the vesting, exercise and sale of
Shares and Share Options that had been granted pursuant to the 2019 Long Term Incentive awards
made under the Quilter Performance Share Plan.
