RESIGNATION OF A PRESCRIBED OFFICER
The Company announces that Mr Giles Pendleton, Attacq's Chief Development Officer and a prescribed officer of the
company, has tendered his resignation with effect from 31 January 2022.
Mr Pendleton and his family are leaving South Africa for Saudi Arabia. The company has accepted his resignation and
would like to express sincere appreciation to him for his years of dedicated service and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
In line with the company's short-term succession plan, the responsibilities of the Chief Development Officer will be
fulfilled by the Chief Executive Officer, Ms Jackie van Niekerk, until such time as a suitable replacement is found.
