APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the SENS announcement released on 2 November 2021, wherein shareholders were advised of the
resignation of the company secretary, Ms Anda Matwa, the board of directors of Attacq (the "board") is pleased to
advise that Ms Bronwyn Baker has been appointed as the interim company secretary of Attacq with effect from
1 December 2021.
Brownyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Law and Psychology), has completed a number of programmes through the
Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa and is in the process of studying towards a Graduate Diploma in
Applied Governance offered by the Governance Institute of Australia. In addition, she has extensive experience in
company secretarial and governance matters, most recently as the company secretary of Redefine Properties Limited,
a position which she held for six years.
The board welcomes Bronwyn and looks forward to working with her until such time as a permanent appointment is
made.
