PRE-CLOSE INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL AND AVAILABILITY OF PRESENTATION


Shareholders are advised that Attacq will be hosting a pre-close investor video conference call today, Monday,
29 November 2021 at 9h30 (SAST) to provide investors with a year-to-date update prior to entering a closed period
beginning on 31 December 2021, pending the release of the company's interim results for the six months ending
31 December 2021.

available thereafter on the company's website. A copy of the presentation that will be used in the video conference
