TRADING STATEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2021 which were released on
SENS on 27 August 2021 and are advised that the previously published headline loss per share for the year
ended 30 June 2021 of 2.10 cents have increased to a headline loss per share of 3.89 cents (an increase of
85%).

The change includes the adjustment of the loss on sale of assets of Advanced Vergelegen Surgical Centre
Pty Ltd (“Vergelegen”), the derecognition of the lease liability associated to Vergelegen and the tax effect
of these.

The change statement and notice of annual general meeting announcement is expected to be released on
SENS on or about 15 October 2021.
