publication on the 5th of December 2021. Shareholders are advised that the
allegations made in the article are untrue and defamatory in nature. In this
regard Shareholders are advised that the Company is considering its legal
position and has since written to the JSE Limited and other relevant parties
in order to provide the facts relating to the allegations as well as to seek
a retraction and apology.
