CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of AYO (“the Board”) hereby notifies
shareholders that Mr Ismet Amod has resigned as an executive director
of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board takes this opportunity to express their appreciation to Mr
Amod and extends its best wishes for his future endeavours.
