INTENTION TO DECLARE A SPECIAL DIVIDEND
The directors of Bowler Metcalf are pleased to announce that a special cash dividend of
84 cents will be declared from income reserves (“Special Dividend Declaration”).
In terms of paragraph 16.26(i) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
declaration of a special dividend requires the approval of the South African Reserve Bank
(“SARB”) in respect of foreign shareholders.
Accordingly, a further announcement, which will include the salient dates and other
related information in respect of the Special Dividend Declaration, will be published as
soon as the SARB’s has been obtained.
