TRP121.1: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that the Company received formal notifications in terms of
section 122(1) of the Companies Act from:

    -   IA Bell & Company Proprietary Limited (“IAB”), of an acquisition by IAB of a beneficial interest in
        the Company’s shares such that IAB’s total beneficial interest is now 70.1% of the Company’s
        total issued ordinary shares; and
    -   John Deere Construction & Forestry Company (“John Deere”), of a disposal by John Deere of its
        beneficial interest in the Company’s shares such that John Deere’s total beneficial interest is now
        0.00% of the Company’s total issued ordinary shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required
notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
