Notice of Annual General Meeting, distribution of Integrated Annual Report and BBBEE
compliance report
1) Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and Integrated Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that the notice of AGM for the year ended 28 February 2021,
dispatched to shareholders today, sets out the details of the Company’s AGM which will be
held at Wisteria Hall, Riverside Country Estate, 163 Haasbroek Road, Grootvaly, Springs at
10:00 on Wednesday 25 August 2021.
Shareholders registered as such on Friday, 20 August 2021 will be entitled to attend and vote
at this AGM. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be able to participate in and vote at
the AGM is Tuesday, 17 August 2021. The record date for shareholders to be entitled to
receive notice of this meeting is Friday, 18 June 2021.
Shareholders are further advised that Brikor’s Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the
audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 28 February 2021 has been published
and is available on the Company’s website, www.brikor.co.za. The Competent Person’s
Report is available on the Company’s website.
2) Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act (“The Act”): Annual compliance report
In accordance with paragraph 16.20 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms
of section 13G(2) of the Act has been published and is available on the Company’s website at
www.brikor.co.za/Investor-Relations.
