CONFIRMATION OF CLOSING DATE OF MANDATORY OFFER


1.    Introduction
      Shareholders are referred to the respective announcements released on the Stock Exchange News Service
      (“SENS”) in relation to a mandatory offer for enX shares by MCC Contracts Proprietary Limited and African
      Phoenix Investments Limited (collectively the “Offerors”), acting in concert, regarding the proposed acquisition
      of the remaining shares in enX at an offer consideration of R5.60 per share (the “Offer Consideration”) in terms
      of section 123 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the “Mandatory Offer”). Shareholders are further referred to
      the combined offer circular containing full details of the Mandatory Offer published on Friday, 8 April 2002 as
      amended as detailed in the SENS of 26 April 2022 (such circular, as amended, the “Circular”).

2.    Mandatory Offer – Confirmation of closing date
      Shareholders are advised that the closing date of the Mandatory Offer will be at 12:00 on Friday, 3 June 2022,
      being the same date as anticipated in the Circular.

     The remaining important dates and times in relation to the Mandatory Offer are set out in the table below:

     Notes:
     1. All dates and times in this announcement are local dates and times in South Africa.
     2. The above dates and times are subject to change. Any changes will be released on SENS and, if required, published in the press.
     3. No dematerialisation and rematerialisation of enX shares may take place between Wednesday, 1 June 2022 and Friday, 3 June 2022,
        both days inclusive.
