DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SHARES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended (“the Companies
Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ninety
One SA (Pty) Ltd (“Ninety One”) has acquired a beneficial interest in the “N” ordinary shares of the
Company, resulting in the total beneficial interest in “N” ordinary shares held by Ninety One increasing to
5% of the total issued Brimstone “N” ordinary shares.
