RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr ACG Molusi is resigning as a non-executive
director from the board of directors of Basil Read (“the board”), with
effect from 31 December 2020.
The Board would like to thank Mr Molusi for his valuable contribution to
the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
