CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF THE CHAIRMAN
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Acsion (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that the Mr. Thabani Jali has resigned as a director
of the Group and Chairman of the Board, with effect from 22 May 2022.
The Board and Chief Executive Officer have accepted the resignation with much regret and wish him all
the best in his future endeavours.
Shareholders will be advised once a new chairperson has been appointed.
