APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR


In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, and further to the
Resignation of Auditor announcement released on SENS on 7 December 2021, shareholders are hereby
advised that following the conclusion of an assessment process, the board of directors, through Acsion’s
audit and risk committee, has with effect from 23 December 2021, appointed PKF Octagon Incorporated
as the Company’s external auditors, with Henico Schalekamp as designated audit partner, for the financial
year ending 28 February 2022.
