RESIGNATION OF AUDITOR
In compliance with paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised of the resignation of Acsion’s external auditors, RSM South Africa Incorporated (“RSM”),
with effect from 6 December 2021.
The reasons provided by RSM for the resignation relate to the engagement no longer fitting the risk profile
of the audit firm, and the Company and RSM being unable to agree on fees.
The board of directors of Acsion has commenced the process to appoint new auditors and will advise
shareholders once such appointment has been confirmed.
