RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING



Balwin is pleased to advise all shareholders that at the general meeting of shareholders held on
Monday, 6 September 2021 at 09h00, all ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the notice
of the general meeting issued on Monday, 26 July 2021, were approved by the requisite majority
of shareholders present or represented by proxy.

In this regard, Balwin confirms the voting statistics from the general meeting as follows:
