WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 29 September 2021 and the subsequent
renewal of cautionary announcement dated 10 November 2021 and are hereby advised that the board of
directors of Acsion has resolved not to proceed with the conversion of the Company to a Real Estate
Investment Trust.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in
the Company’s securities.
