RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Further to the cautionary announcement dated 29 September 2021 (and using the terms defined therein
unless otherwise stated), shareholders are advised that the Board evaluation of the potential conversion of
the Company to a REIT is still in progress. Should the Board resolve to proceed with, and successfully
conclude, the conversion of Acsion to a REIT, this may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
