RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Stefan Kleynhans has resigned as company secretary of Cognition with effect from 31 March
2022, to pursue other interests.
The board of directors of Cognition thank Stefan for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in his
future endeavors.
The Company has commenced the process of identifying Stefan’s successor and shareholders will be
advised of the appointment of a new company secretary in due course.
