APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR
In accordance with the BSEL and JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that Choppies has appointed a new independent non-executive director,
Mr. Valentine Chitalu, as recommended by the Nominations Committee and approved by the
Board with effect from 5 August 2021. Mr Chitalu has also been appointed to the Audit and
Risk Committee of the Company with effect from 5 August 2021.

The Company has a primary listing on the Botswana Stock Exchange and a secondary listing
