In this regard, shareholders are advised that, for the six months ended 31 December 2021, the Company expects to report: • basic and diluted loss per share (“EPS loss”) of between 5.3 cents to 6.5 cents compared to EPS loss of 127.6 cents for the six months ended 31 December 2020 (“HY2021”), representing a decrease in EPS loss of between 96% and 95%. EPS loss for HY2021 has been restated for IAS 33 following the rights offer in August 2020; and • basic and diluted headline loss per share (“HEPS loss”) of between 5.3 cents to 6.5 cents compared to HEPS loss of 60.1 cents for HY2021, representing a decrease in HEPS loss of between 91% and 89%.
