PRE-CLOSE INVESTOR CALL


Shareholders are advised that Liberty Two Degrees will be hosting a pre-close investor call at 10:00
(CAT) on 25 May 2022 to provide investors with an update for the year to date prior to entering a closed
period on 1 June 2022 and to serve as an operational update ahead of the AGM that takes place on
25 May 2022 at 12:00 (CAT).
