NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN FOR SAIL MINERALS

Further to previous announcements regarding Sail Minerals (Proprietary) Limited being placed
in business rescue on 21 September 2021, shareholders of Chrometco are hereby advised
that the business rescue plan for Sail Minerals has been published on Friday 11 February
2022.

The proposed plan can be accessed on https://www.sailchrome.com/SailMinerals.

The meeting in terms of section 151 of the Companies Act where affected persons will vote
on the proposed plan is scheduled for Friday 25 February 2022.
