CHANGES TO THE BOARD

Shareholders are hereby advised, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, of the following change to the Exxaro Resources Ltd Board of Directors (Board):

Mr Erasmus Jacobus Myburgh who has been an Independent Non-Executive Director since 01
September 2016 retired at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of 25 May 2022 with immediate
effect.


The Board whishes to express its sincere appreciation to Mr Myburgh for his dedication,
commitment, and invaluable contribution to Exxaro during his tenure.
