CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CHANGE TO THE REMUNERATION AND NOMINATION COMMITTEE
Shareholders are advised that Grant Harris has indicated to the board of directors of Indluplace (the "Board") of
his decision to emigrate. Grant will accordingly resign as an executive director and Indluplace's chief operating
officer before the end of 2022. Grant will remain with Indluplace to finalise certain key projects that are underway
and to facilitate a smooth transition of his role once a suitable replacement has been appointed.
The Company has commenced the process to appoint a suitable replacement and an announcement in this respect
will be made in due course.
Shareholders are further advised that Nindi Tetyana, an independent non-executive director of Indluplace, has been
appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Nindi has been a Board member since
2019 and also serves on the Audit and Risk Committee.
